On March 28th, 2014, Conch Venture and Jinzhai County People's Government signed the << Jinzhai Cooperation Framework Agreement of Garbage Incineration Power Generation Project >> in the Jinzhai government building. According to the Agreement, Conch Venture will invest to construct two sets of daily processing 300 tons garbage Incineration Power Generation Projects in two times to treat the garbage around Jinzhai County,. Yeji and its around areas. The project is expected to start in June 2014.
Mr. Yang Chuanyin, the deputy county magistrate, Mr. Li Chengsong, the director of the County Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Mr. Zhang Bin, the director general of Municipal Law Enforcement Bureau of Yeji reform and development pilot area, Mr. Ji Qinying, the general manager Mr. Li Daming, the deputy general manager of Conch Venture and others leaders attended the signing ceremony. Mr. Yang Chuanyin, Mr. Zhang Bin, Mr. Ji Qinying represented for Jinzhai County People's Government ,Yeji reform and development pilot area of the Municipal Law Enforcement Bureau and Conch Venture separately signed the agreement.

The Agreement is another measure of Jinzhai Country,Yeji district government to focus on the people's livelihood building and environment improvement, also it is the first Garbage Incineration Power Generation Project invested by Conch Venture around the country, which is the new business part of Conch Venture energy saving industrial area.
?Before signing the agreement, related leaders of Jinzhai Country government, Yeji district and Conch Venture leaders have made?carefully site survey for project location and water sources.
